Convenient location, close to major attractions. Comfortable beds with extra pillows. English-speaking staff, polite and helpful. Limited bar available in evenings. Well-done breakfast. Centrally located, walking distance to sites. Suitable for disabled travelers
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The staff are friendly, hospitable and attentive to detail. You are made to feel very welcome not only when you arrive, but each day that you are a guest. The hotel was quiet, and is in a good location with easy access to some major attractions and the metro service. There is a real sense of privacy and security at the hotel.
No comments. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel.

This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible value for money. The prices were extremely reasonable, especially considering the fantastic location in a quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance to major attractions. The staff were attentive to every detail, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, including the twin beds for the kids and the comfy bed for ourselves, were perfect. And the breakfast, oh my goodness! As vegetarians, we were delighted to find that breakfast was included and offered a delicious variety of options. It felt like there was an endless supply of tasty food to start our day off right.
One small thing could be improved, but all was okay.

Hotel staff are quick to assist and friendly.
Our breakfast experience was strange. Arriving half-hour before service ended, we saw a buffet with US-style dry cereal, small selection of individually wrapped, boring cheeses and a loaf of generic white sliced bread! This for a hotel that is on same block as an artisanal bakery. It took five minutes to get coffee served. Some disappointing croissants also appeared. We ate breakfast out for the subsequent 2 days Perhaps more Parisian, anyway.

We liked the hotel mainly because of its proximity to central Paris. The hotel was in a quiet and safe area in the 7th district. It was on a street with convenient shops and also only a few minutes to the metro station. The family room was nice since there was a second bedroom for the kids with two twin beds. Breakfast, although consisting of only breads and coffee/hot chocolate, was a nice addition.
The hotel room was clean but could be a bit more cozy and comfortable with a few improvements. Perhaps adding rugs to the floors, and updating the linens such as the bedspread or the towels. This could add a lot to the appeal of the room.

While I made a reservation for three nights for single use, I stayed a comfortable room with a double bed, an extra small bed, and bathroom. Wi-Fi internet was available for free and drink price in mini-bar was reasonable (2 euros each). You can enjoy breakfast in your room without additional cost, if you want. Taxi cost about 13 euros from Gare du Nord to the hotel.

I could not control the level of heat in the room.
